In this 2-part class, we will use templates to make cone shapes out of slabs of stoneware clay to create evergreen tree-shaped bell decorations. Don’t want to make a tree? Modify the shape to make a mushroom! In the first class, you will roll out your slabs of clay and construct your bells. They will dry slowly and I will bisque fire them at my studio, and during the second class, you will glaze them. I will fire them a second time, and let you know when and where you can pick up your finished pieces.

Cost: $80 per person

What happens if you’re not done at 3:00? You will have the option to add on another hour of work time for $10 at the end of the class.

Ages: recommended 12+ (Note: this process uses sharp tools and permanent ink. Parents, please use your judgement on whether your child is mature enough. Feel free to use the contact form for any additional questions or concerns.)
