Wright combines his love of nature and of his dearly departed wife in a raw memoir about the 2,200-mile journey along the Appalachian Trail he took to deal with maintaining faith in the face of significant loss. This perilous journey forced him to confront his losses, weaknesses, strengths, and sense of self. Now, he bravely bares his soul to the world in hopes of helping others discover self-forgiveness and inner peace.
